Professor Julius Ebenstein, teacher of the Vienna Municipal Conservatory’s class in violin, died here today after suffering a heart attack. He was 62. Prof. Ebenstein, who fled Austria when it was annexed by Nazi Germany, founded the Israel Mozart Orchestra and wrote the first book on Mozart to be published in Hebrew.
