Fifteen hundred Palestine immigration certificates have been granted to the Jews of the “protectorate,” it was reported today from Prague. The certificates, of which 250 are earmarked for capitalists possessing a minimum of $5,000, will be taken from the current Palestine immigration schedule of 8,750.

The allotment for Bohemia-Moravia was fixed during a visit to Palestine by Jacob Edelstein, director of the Palestine Office in Prague. Following his return to Prague, the Palestine Office was besieged by hundreds of Jews eager to emigrate to the Holy Land.
