A group of Iraq youths have applied to the Minister of Interior for permission to hold a protest demonstration against “the attitude of the Zionists toward the Arabs in Arab Palestine.” The main subject of the speeches is to be the Wadi Hawareth question. Many Bagdad newspapers also deal with the subject in a violent anti-Jewish manner. The fact that the Palestine government has offered to colonize the Bedouins removed from Wadi Hawareth on Tel Shok land specially acquired for this purpose, is not mentioned in these protests.
