Attention was drawn here today to the fact that among the presidents of the organizations which are sponsoring the projected conference on Israel in Washington early in March is the president of the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs. The name of this organization was inadvertently left out of the original announcement last Friday.
The conference, which will be the first of its kind in this country since the establishment of Israel, has been called for the purpose of “reviewing Israel problems of interest to American Jewry, including issues of American-Israel relations.”
