The publication of the decree concerning the establishment of a Jewish state in the Crimea has been postponed. According to well-informed circles, this decree, which is expected to define the terms under which the proposed Jewish agricultural state in South Russia and the Crimea is to be established, is being delayed, not because of any change in the attitude of the Government on the proposition, but because of political and technical circumstances. No new date has been set for the publication of the decree.
