November 17 is the date set for the hearing in London, beiore the Privy Council of the Jewish school question in the Province of Quebec. Louis Fitch, K. C, who was to present Slderman Scbuhert’s minority report in regard to the right of the Quebec Government to pase legislation creating a third school panel, a Jewish panel, was unable at the last minute to leave for England.
Mr. Fitch has retained the services of the Hon. Geoffrey Lawrence. noted English barrister, to represent him when the hearing comes up before the Privy council.
