Ralph D. Blumenfeld, for thirty years editor of the London Daily Express and present chairman of its board of directors, arrived on the S.S. Majestic yesterday. He will tour the United States and lecture in various cities on world affairs.
A few weeks ago Mr. Blumenfeld, who came to this country for the same purpose, was obliged to cancel his speaking engagements on account of the sudden death of his daughter. He returned to England on the day after his arrival.
