Rabbi Abraham Nowak, for the last ten years spiritual leader of the Heights Temple Congregation, one of the largest Conservative temples in the midwest, has announced his resignation.
Rabbi Nowak, who has been a great force in the religious and communal life of this city, will devote his time to personal work. Mrs. Nowak, who also is well known in religious circles here, will shortly go traveling with her husband.
