Rabbi Samuel I. Porrath of Temple Beth Israel, Niagara Falls, has been invited by the Rev. William E. Sprengel, executive director of Trinity Institute, Albany, to open the State Assembly with prayer at 11 o’clock tomorrow morning.
Rabbi Porath said today that he would accept the invitation.
