Rabbi Amram Blum, recently appointed Professor of the Chair of Hebraic Studies at the University of Buenos Aires, will fly to New York Tuesday to start a tour of major American universities to study their methods of teaching the Hebrew language and literature.
Dr. Blum is head of the rabbinical tribunal here, the highest rabbinical authority in the country.
