Rabbi David DeSola Pool of the Spanish Portuguese Synagogue in New York, endorsed the boycott of German goods in an address delivered before the Baptist Church of the Redeemer here.
“The only thing Americans can do to help the 600,000 disfranchised German Jews, who are now in abject poverty, with no country open to them, is to use the boycott,” declared Rabbi DeSola Pool.
“We can refuse to travel on German boats,” he said, “we can boycott everything that Germany makes. That is our only weapon.”
