Rabbi Edward L. Israel, president of the Seaboard Zionist Region, has issued a call for a meeting of the administrative committee to be held at the regional headquarters in Baltimore, Sunday, Oct. 29. The committee will discuss organization and the cultural aspects of Zionism in the region, as well as the national emergency conference to be held in New York in November.
