Rabbi Joseph L. Fink, a leading spokesman for Reform Judaism and a former president of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, died here at the age of 69. Born in Springfield, Ohio, Rabbi Fink served in various Reform congregations and was president of the Conference in 1953 and 1954. At the time of his death he was rabbi emeritus of Temple Beth Zion here.
