Rabbi Herbert H. Goldstein, president of the Synagogue Council of America, and Frank weil, president of the National Jewish Welfare Board, were appointed today as members of the 100-man advisory commission to the American delegation to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, which is scheduled to hold its first meeting in Paris in November.
