Rabbi Jeffrey Wohlberg was installed as president of the Conservative rabbinical association. Wohlberg, who has served for 22 years as the senior rabbi of Adas Israel Congregation in Washington, will assume the presidency of the Rabbinical Assembly following his retirement from the synagogue in June.
He was installed this week during the R.A.’s Washington conference. Wohlberg had previously served as the R.A.’s vice president.
