Prior to the appearance of the Prime Minister in the Sejm, the Council of Ministers, at the request of the Prime Minister, instructed the respective departments to submit memoranda on various aspects of the Jewish question in Poland. Particular emphasis was laid on the Jewish school question, with the report of which the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Education were charged.
