Rabbi Yitzchok Zilber, a leader of fervently Orthodox Jews from the former Soviet Union in Israel, died this week at age 87. Zilber was known for bringing Jews from the former Soviet Union closer to Judaism and for helping observant women obtain religious divorces from missing husbands, the Jerusalem Post reported.
