Armed services chaplaincy requirements, extension of Jewish education and current religious developments in Israel will be among the matters to be discussed at the two-day annual mid-winter conference of the Rabbinical Council of America, opening here tomorrow. About 300 rabbis from all parts of the country will attend. The Rabbinical Council is comprised of more than 500 leading Orthodox Rabbis in the United States and Canada.
