The eighth annual convention of the Rabbinical Council of America will open here on July 24 and will last three days, it was announced today. The convention will devote many of its discussions to Jewish post-war problems. Rabbi Meyer Berlin, president of the World Mizrachi Organization, will address the convention as will Rabbi Saul Silber, president of the Hebrew Theological College of Chicago, and Rabbi Samuel Belkin, president of Yeshivah College. During the convention the Hebrew Theological College will dedicate a service flag honoring its graduates and former students who are now serving as chaplains with the armed forces.
