Defense Minister Yitzhak Rabin left Saturday night for Washington where he will hold talks with Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger, Secretary of State George Shultz, senior Administration officials and Congressmen. He is also scheduled to meet President Reagan during his eight-day visit to the United States.
