Premier Yitzhak Rabin on his return from London last night said he observed a positive change in the European attitude toward Israel. Rabin, who met with Socialist party leaders, attributed the change to the United States policy in the Middle East which has succeeded in improving U.S. relations with the Arab states while maintaining her close relations with Israel.
Rabin said that in his meetings with British Prime Minister Harold Wilson and Foreign Secretary James Callahan he found a comfortable atmosphere which could be translated into deeds, but he warned against any expectations of immediate changes.
