(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

Enricus Rabinovicius will remain Lithuanian Consul General in the City of New York by a decision of the Lithuanian Foreign Office, the correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learns.

It was previously stated that the new Lithuanian Prime Minister Waldemaras had announced that Mr. Rabinovicius would be removed from his position because the government does not desire a Jew to be its representative in New York.
