Political and racial propaganda are expressly forbidden in schools operated by foreign organizations, under the decree putting such schools under Government supervision, text of which was made public here today. The decree also forbids instruction in all ideas contrary to the principles of the Argentine Constitution. Issuance of the decree by President Roberto Ortiz followed an investigation of Nazi schools which disclosed violations of the Argentine education laws. The edict does not affect schools operated by Jewish groups.
