Mrs. Rebekah Kohut will speak at the annual luncheon of the Women’s American ORT tomorrow afternoon at the Samovar, 142 West Forty-ninth street. Newly elected officers will be installed.
Other speakers will include B. C. Vladeck, president of the Peoples ORT Federation and member of the Mayor’s Housing Commission; Mrs. Philip A. Lewisohn; and Dr. Henry Moskowitz, chairman of the board of directors of the federation, who will officiate.
