The fifth year of the Arab-Israel cultural program, conducted by the Hebrew University’s Adult Education Center in the Ecce Homo Convent of the Sisters of Zion Order in the Old City of Jerusalem, opened with an enrollment of some 400 students, including 120 Jews and a record of 280 Arabs. The Center is also promoting contact with the Arab population in a plan to initiate an Arab-Jewish cultural and social project in Acre.
