A library of legal documents containing opinions, decisions and comments in various cases involving attempts by zoning boards to restrict the rights of synagogues and churches to erect houses of worship was presented today to the House of Living Judaism, headquarters of the Reform movement. The library was presented by Sidney F. Strongin, an officer of the New York Federation of Reform Synagogues, and will be available for consultation by any group involved in a similar situation.
