The question of whether women should be ordained as members of the rabbinate and the rising rate of intermarriage among Jews in the United States will be two of the major problems to be discussed at the 67th annual convention of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, the organization of Reform rabbis, which opens here tomorrow.

High on the agenda of the convention are the questions of the relationship of psychiatry to religion and the caliber of Jewish education in Sunday and religious schools. The convention will also hear and act on reports on the United States attitude towards Israel, the economic boycott and discrimination against American Jewish citizens by Arab governments, programs to combat juvenile delinquency and the far-reaching implications of automation.
