Nazi occupation authorities have dissolved the Jewish refugee agricultural settlement in the reclaimed Zuyder Zee area in Holland, Dutch circles here reported today. The settlers have been driven away and their buildings confiscated for use by the occupation authorities.
Reports reaching these quarters also said that a Jew was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment in Holland for using “unparliamentary” language regarding Hitler when he reproached an acquaintance for working for the Germans.
