Following a warning by the British Consulate at Constanza that Jews without immigration certificates would not be allowed to land in Palestine, the steamer Alexandros, with more than 500 Jewish passengers from Poland on board, postponed sailing from the Rumanian Black Sea port, it was reported here today. (An Associated Press dispatch from Constanza said 2,000 Palestine-bound emigrants were stranded in the port.)
