Mrs. Regina Lowenthal Frischwasser, food editor for the Jewish Telegraphic Agency for a number of years, died at her home today. She was 71 years old. Her weekly column, “What’s Cooking, ” was printed in many English-Jewish newspapers. She was also a contributor to the Jewish Daily Forward.
