German Jews were today finally and completely excluded from any military service, either active or in reserve units. Until the new decree of the high army command Jews were barred only from active military service, but formed a part of the supplementary reserve known as No. 2. Henceforth they will be given “certificates of exclusion,” and treated as barred “for unworthiness.”
