Under the pressure of anti-Jewish economic measures, Jews forced out of trade and industry are investing their capital in realty, declares Der Angriff, organ of the Nazi Labor Front, demanding that the Government force the Jews out of the real estate market, according to reports received here, today.
In one of a series of articles dealing with the Jews’ economic position in the Reich, the paper indicated that a measure against Jews in real estate was already under consideration by the Government.
The series, entitled “Mishpoche Verdient” (the Jews earn), was heralded by the posting of placards all over Berlin giving the title of the series in letters imitating Hebrew script with a blue Jewish star. (“Mishpoche” is a Hebrew word meaning, literally, family.)
