Open charges that Germany was financing Hungarian right-wing organizations were made today by Social Democratic deputies in the Municipal Council despite police assertions that they had no proof of the reported pro-Nazi putsch plan.

Deputy Herman Peyser, a Social Democrat and M. Petrovacs, a Unified Christian Party deputy, declared that Germany had sent 3,000,000 pengoes into Hungary to finance pro-Nazi propaganda. Petrovacs said that the rightist organizations were semi-military in character and were fully prepared to carry out a coup. the Havas News Agency reported.
