A “Book of Remembrance,” in which every Jew at present residing in Germany as well as every Jewish community and institution are to be inscribed, is to be compiled by the Jewish national fund in Germany.
The record of present day Jewry in Germany is to be deposited in the J.N.F. headquarters on Mount Scopus as a living chronicle of German Jewry, “uniting the descendants of today’s German Jewish immigrants in Palestine with that generation to whose memory the book is dedicated.”
The proceeds from the inscriptions are to be spent on the purchase of land for a new colony to be known as “Tel-zikaron,” to be founded for and by Jews of Germany.
