Existing mixed marriages between “Aryans” and “non-Aryans” are not affected by the Nuremberg laws, the Reichs Court ruled today.
Pointing out that the “law for the protection of German blood and honor” prohibited intermarriage of Jews and German citizens in the future, the ruling added that the legal relationship between the partners of such marriages remains in force.
