Relatives of Israeli victims of a 2002 terrorist attack in Jerusalem sued the Palestinian Authority. The victims are suing for more than $90 million. Eleven people were killed and more than 50 wounded in the blast near a Jerusalem yeshiva where people had gathered for a Bar Mitzvah celebration.
