A three-day conference of the Bnei Akiva of North America, the youth movement of the Religious Zionists of America–the recently merged Mizrachi-Poale Mizrachi movement–concluded here today with an endorsement of the Bnei Akiva scholarship institute in Israel which provides a year-long work and rabbinical study program.
The delegates of the movement’s 5,000 members in this country and Canada approved an increase for the budgets of the organization’s four summer camps. They reelected Rabbi Nachum Pessin national director.
