Rep. Robert Drinan (D. Mass.) said here Monday that he will urge former U.S. Attorney General Griffin Bell, head of the U.S. delegation to the conference in Madrid reviewing the 1975 Helsinki accords, to urge the USSR to immediately release Anatoly Shcharansky. Drinan will be at the conclave during the congressional Thanksgiving recess.
