Repeated Palestinian claims that Israel is not providing the self-rule areas with sufficient water are “baseless,” according to Israel’s infrastructure minister. “Israel has fulfilled all its obligations according to the Oslo Accords — and more,” said Ariel Sharon. He called the claims “another excuse to suspend the peace process.”
