When the sixteenth congress of the Communist Party opens here June 15 it will hear that there are 29,222 Jewish Communists in Ukrainia and 9,515 in White Russia. The bulk of the Jewish Communists in Ukrainia are concentrated in the industrial centers like Kiev, Odessa, Charkov, Dniepropetrovsk and Atriomovsk. These cities have 20,000 Jewish Communists.
