Diplomatic circles said here today that the United States and Great Britain have privately warned the Arab governments against continued terrorist incursions against Israel. The warnings were issued, these sources said, lest the Arabs regard last Sunday’s Security Council resolution censuring Israel as a tacit agreement to continued guerrilla warfare. The resolution, which was supported by the U.S.A. and Britain, condemned Israel’s military operation of March 21 against terrorist bases in Jordan but was vague and relatively mild in its condemnation of terrorist acts.
