The Cuzists have renewed their anti-Semitic propaganda in a number of Bessarabian villages where they are calling on the peasants at the weekly markets to destroy Jewish property and to exterminate the Jews whom the authorities tolerate, according to reports in the Roumanian newspaper “Dimineatza.”
The same source says that the gendarmerie in the village of Soroca have of late refused to protect the Jews and stand passively by while Jews in the market place are beaten.
