The Israeli Ambassador to Colombia is reportedly one of the 12 Ambassadors among 32 hostages being held by terrorists in the Dominican Republic’s Embassy in Bogota for the last 12 days. According to reports reaching here, Israel sent a representative to Bogota to assist in negotiations. But he was not allowed into Colombia. The government there said it is conducting all the negotiations with the terrorists known as the M-19 group. The Colombian government said all of the countries whose nationals are being held by the terrorists have agreed to a common front against the terrorists. (By David Friedman)
