In a dispatch from London to the New York Times giving the terms of the new British-Italian agreement, Ferdinand Kuhn Jr. says it was reported that as a corollary to the accord the Italians gave an informal promise to discontinue their trouble-making broadcasts in Arabic from the powerful station at Bari.
