Julius Streicher, Number One anti-Semite in Germany and publisher of the pornographic Jew-baiting Stuermer, will be appointed head of a special department for Jewish affairs soon to be created, it is reported today from Berlin.
The Prager Tageblatt, which claims to have the information from authoritative sources, asserts that Streicher’s candidacy for this job is being supported by Nazi party headquarters at the Brown House in Munich, although the Foreign Office and the Ministry of Trade are opposed to it for fear of repercussions abroad.
