Report Rumanian Government Asked to Exempt Deported Jews in Bukovina from Taxes

Jewish leaders have requested the Rumanian Government to exempt the Jews of Bukovina, in northern Rumania, who were deported during the war, from tax payments for the next five years, it was reported here today.
