The U.S. Government is prepared to make loans for reorganization of Arab military forces, for the purchase of modern military equipment and for economic development of the Arab states, to appease the Arabs who failed to achieve their aims at the ##ted Nations special session on Palestine, the reports state.
However, the newspapers also report that Arab extremist leaders are so in##ensed at the attitude of the Americans and the British at the U.N. that they will probably refuse the offers of financial assistance.
