Reports to the United Press yesterday from Saloniki stated that ten have been killed and fifty injured in renewed rioting between Jews and Greeks. Two hundred houses in the Jewish quarter have been destroyed, according to the United Press. The New York Times also reported yesterday from Saloniki that the chief rabbi of that city had appealed to Premier Venizelos and had denied allegations that the Jews had provoked the attacks.
