Samuel Heller, Republican, has resumed his duties as a judge in the Municipal Court of Chicago, where he previously sat for two terms as a result of the recount contest which was decided in his favor Saturday.
Judge Heller’s opponent was Judge Erwin J. Hasten, who had defeated him in the election of November, 1932.
