than a million shekolim certificates were sold for this Congress, enabling that many Jews to vote for delegates. Prior to the last Zionist Congress 839,291 shekolim were sold. This number included the shekolim bought by the Revisionists.
The elections of delegates to the World Zionist Congress have not yet been held in several countries. In Switzerland and Argentine the elections are scheduled to take place Sunday. In Palestine they will be held July 24. In Poland they are scheduled for next week.
Not less than 110,000 shekolim certificates were sold in Palestine. The Palestine delegation will therefore be the largest at the Congress.
